Throws Club

Throws Club combines athletes of all ages and performance levels on a regular schedule. We train all year round and encourage a fun, professional environment to learn from each other. Our hours flex between summer and school season depending on our clientel.

Club Members receive:

• unlimited access to Throws Club sessions
• priority booking for Focus Sessions
• Throws Club App access (calendar, video study, etc)
• individual focused training plans

• satelite video analysis

Club Hours:

School Session (October - February)- Tues/Thurs 4:30pm-6:00pm, Sat 10am-Noon 

March, April, May open for Focus Sessions only

Summer Session (June, July, August)- TBD
